River Parish Construction is a family-owned residential and commercial general contractor established in 2017 and based in Luling, Louisiana.
Serving the River Parishes and Greater New Orleans, the company approaches each project with an emphasis on quality work, honest relationships and spaces designed to last. River Parish Construction is led by Alphonse Richard, as listed by the Home Builders Association of Greater New Orleans.

This is the winning house at 105 Lac Lafreniere Court in Luling — the official Parade of Homes site recognized by the community in 2024.
The primary bath later appeared on the cover of the official 2025 Parade of Homes magazine, published by Renaissance Publishing for the Home Builders Association of Greater New Orleans.
